NOTE: If you are using a language other than English, please ensure that your Internet Explorer language settings are configured for a specific, non-neutral language.
For example, if you intend on browsing Central and running a TCO Report in French, please use the language setting "French (France) [fr-FR]" or the one appropriate for your physical location. Do NOT use the generic languages such as "French [fr]". Using the generic languages "French [fr]", "German [de]", "Spanish [es]", "Portuguese [pt]", or "Japanese [ja]" may result in errors when generating a TCO Report. For assistance with changing your Internet Explorer language settings, please consult theInternet Explorer help files.
You have the option to customize any reports in FMAudit Central.
The TCO Report allows you to define selections representing analysis periods, and contains several modules to generate report results and perform maintenance options. Highlight a saved selection to view the TCO factor information applied, or mouse over the sub-modules for a brief description.
Select Account:
Click the Account Drop Down List and select the account to be used for TCO
Analysis purposes. Note that Dealer Accounts are displayed using Bold
font.
Add/Edit Period:
Click Add/Edit Period to define analysis periods required for adding TCO data and
generating report results by selecting a start and end audit date and selection
name.
Delete Period
Highlight a saved analysis period and click Delete Period to remove it from the
list.
TCO Data for Period
Highlight a saved analysis period and click TCO Data for Period to display the Simple
Mode TCO Factors page. This page allows you to apply TCO related costs on
a per-fleet basis. Click the Advanced Mode button at the bottom of the page
to edit the TCO costs on a per-device basis.

Maintenance Options
Exports the highlighted analysis period devices and TCO related information to an
Excel file. Once edited, the Excel file is imported to update the highlighted
analysis period, or create a new analysis period.
