Report Settings: TCO Fleet Overview

You have the option to customize any reports in FMAudit Central.

Selected Columns & Sort Order:
By moving descriptors within the "Available Fields" to the "Selected Fields" window and vice versa, you can customize the information and order of significance it will be displayed on your report.

Date:
The report will be generated for the selected date/time analysis period selected on the previous TCO Reports page .

Additional Options:
You may also choose to enable additional options:

  1) Include Ignored Devices; devices not found in the necessary number of audits or do contain enough information to properly calculate results
       
  2) Include Group Costs Summary; summary of group totals, pages, CPP, TCO and % of Fleet TCO
       
  3) Include Annualized Costs Summary; annualized costs broken out from 1 to 5 years

Filter Devices:
This option allows you to filter All, Managed or Non-Managed devices to be presented in the Advanced TCO Factors editing page

Usage Thresholds:
Threshold percentage values are applied on a global scale to Usage vs Duty Cycle, Toner Coverage and CPP, allowing you to modify the over and under break points.

Option:

Usage vs Duty Cycle Thresholds are applied to the results of the average monthly volumes as compared to the manufacturers rated duty cycle.
Toner Coverage Thresholds are applied to the average period toner coverage.
CPP Thresholds are applied to the average period CPP values.

Results Definitions:

Under Utilized If the average monthly value is less than the Under Threshold %.
Over Utilized If the average monthly value is more than the Upper Threshold %.
Usage OK If the average monthly value is more than the Under Threshold % and less than the Upper Threshold %.

Device Grouping and Sorting:
The rows are grouped according to the selected option, with Group Name applying to the customized groups created on the Grouping Settings page.  To sort the results specify a column or select the column header on the Fleet Overview Report results page.

View Report:
To view the Fleet Overview Report, click the "Generate Report" button.

Saved Templates:
This section allows you to save and name a custom TCO Fleet Overview configuration (Report Template) to be loaded and used on a later visit to the same report page.

Note that all customized report templates are added to the list of templates of the Parent Dealer Account of the Logged-In user account.
If the Logged-In account has no Parent, the Main Dealer account is considered.
This allows a Dealer to share customized report templates between all customer accounts on the primary level of hierarchy.
