The results of your customized FMAudit report will be displayed with the options selected on the previous TCO Fleet Overview report settings page.

Report Title:
The dates represent the analysis period for the generated results and is displayed on the top of the report, following the report title.

Report Body:
The report body contains printers and MFP's and other information, with the selected fields and sort order.

Click a report header to sort columns or right click to view additional options.

Report Summary:
If the Include summary option is enabled, summarizes such as the total number of printers and MFP's, manufacturers and utilization between the start and end dates will be shown.

Export Report:
The report may be saved to 3 different file formats, including Comma Separated Value (.CSV), Excel (.XLS), or Full Excel (.XLS) with additional columns and worksheet summaries.

Edit Report Settings:
You may navigate back to the TCO Fleet Overview report settings page to make any adjustments and then regenerate the report.

Printable View:
A Printable View may be displayed which excludes any navigation, button or submit options.

Information within the view will attempt to resize horizontally to fit the browser window.  Depending on the overall width and layout and printed page size (portrait or landscape), your default browser settings may need to be adjusted, or the number of columns selected may need to be reduced in order to fit all of the data on a printed page.

	Changing the scale of the report results will allow you to fit more columns horizontally on a page.  To do this, select File from the browser window menu and then click Preferences -> Advanced... and reduce the Scaling: 100% down, i.e. Scaling: 80% will first 1/5 more columns.
	To include the background table colors which are not printed using your default browser settings, select Tools from the browser window menu and then click Advanced tab -> scroll down to the Printing section and place a check in the Print Background Color and Images box.
