Adaptive Service Management: View Alerts Hierarchy |
The Alert Hierarchy page displays the hierarchical and non-hierarchical alerts that apply to a specific account, providing several filtering options.
The page may only be accessed by Administrators and Admin Dealers Users with appropriate Admin Features access from the main menu Alerts -> View Alerts Hierarchy.
This page allows the user to filter and display alerts based on several criteria selectable from the filters area. The grid that displays the alerts provides hyperlinks that redirect users to edit alerts in the Define Alert(s) page, as well as gives access to see details of the alert Owner and Dealer, in the Account page.
Grayed out Action Definitions are Archived definitions that were replaced by updating the Alert Definition. Nothe that whenever an Alert Definition is Updated and the associated Action Definitions are modified, previous Action Definitions as well as all associated Consumable Alert Events are Archived.
