WebAudit: Configure Settings |
The WebAudit configuration settings are available from the Central WebAudit module on the Main Admin Page.
By default the WebAudit process is launched using the button located on the View Account page, and after completion the Audit Results page is displayed.
The WebAudit configuration page allows you to customize the redirection page behavior to suit other scenarios, such as the following:
Referring Page if available; if the WebAudit page was linked to directly from another web page, upon completion of the WebAudit process, the referring page will be displayed. This allows dealers to post the WebAudit button on their "Enter Meter Readings" page of their website. When a customer clicks the WebAudit button, they will be prompted to log into Central and will immediately be taken into the WebAudit process. Upon completion they may be referred back to the dealers website. Additional options are available to include the Meter Validation as part of the WebAudit process and to hide the page menu, thereby preventing the user from navigating to other pages of the Central application or even view their own account page.
Audit Results Page; regardless of the web page used to link to the WebAudit process page, upon completion the user will be redirected to the audit results page within Central.
Customer Account Page; regardless of the web page used to link to the WebAudit process page, upon completion the user will be redirected to their own account page within Central.
Custom Page; regardless of the web page used to link to the WebAudit process page, upon completion the user will be redirected to the web page specified. This could be a page within Central or even another website, i.e. Thank you for submitting your meters page, hosted on the dealers website.
