Report View: TCO Fleet Comparison |
The results of your customized FMAudit report will be displayed with the options
selected on the previous
Report Title:
The dates represent the analysis periods for the generated results and is displayed
on the top of the report, following the report title.
Report Body:
Click a report header to sort columns or right click to view additional options.
If the Include summary option is enabled,
summarizes such as the total number of printers and MFP's, total, mono and color
pages
Export Report:
The report may be saved to 2 different file formats, including
Edit Report Settings:
You may navigate back to the TCO Fleet Comparison report
settings page to make any adjustments and then regenerate the report.
Printable View:
A Printable View may be displayed which excludes
any navigation, button or submit options.
Information within the view will attempt to resize horizontally to fit the browser window. Depending on the overall width and layout and printed page size (portrait or landscape), your default browser settings may need to be adjusted, or the number of columns selected may need to be reduced in order to fit all of the data on a printed page.
Changing the scale of the report results will allow you to fit more columns horizontally on a page. To do this, select File from the browser window menu and then click Preferences -> Advanced... and reduce the Scaling: 100% down, i.e. Scaling: 80% will first 1/5 more columns. | |
To include the background table colors which are not printed using your default browser settings, select Tools from the browser window menu and then click Advanced tab -> scroll down to the Printing section and place a check in the Print Background Color and Images box. |
