Reports: Settings

The "Report Settings" page will be displayed prior to producing a report.

Report filters may be applied to all non-numeric fields, i.e. exclude specified manufacturers and models from the results.  This prevents the user from having to delete them permanently from the audits.

A list of ignored devices may be included at the bottom of applicable reports.  Any devices included in this list were devices that were not found in the necessary number of audits, or did not contain enough information to properly calculate results.

Each location may have it's own requirements, on ways to display data in a report, i.e. match existing invoice layouts, include or exclude certain fields of information, etc.  A default configuration appropriate to the current report may be modified as needed.  The custom settings may then be saved to an FMAudit .REP file, and loaded when needed.
