Adaptive Service Management: Original Email Body

The Original Email Body page displays the HTML content of the email that was sent to the recipient and stored in the database.

The page may be accessed from the View Email page, by selecting View Original Email Body link or from the Email History page, by clicking the View Body link, for the displayed emails.

The content of the emails body is configurable, as described in ASM Email Templates section. The body of the email may contain the applicable Account information, the Primary Contact Details and a grid view with the alert details contained in the email.
