Adaptive Service Management: View Email Details |
The
View
history page displays the details of email that was saved to the
database, including it's relevant content and a list of the alerts that were triggered.
The page may only be accessed by Administrators and Admin Dealers Users with appropriate Admin Features access from the main ASM Module page -> Tracing -> Email History -> select the appropriate email.
Header: this section contains the email type/data and To/From recipients as well as its subject and state. |
Summary:
this section shows the an overview of the triggered alerts,
number of printers (either managed or non-managed), and minimum and
maximum values of the consumable that triggered the alert. |
Grid: the included columns reflect those that were configured in the dealer email template page. |
Note:
Beside displaying the alerts contained in the email, the page provides the possibility to see the original email body, as well. Clicking the View Original Email Body link will show the content of the email.
