Accounts: Edit Contacts

Additional contacts may be added individually or imported to the current account.  The User Type determines the level of access features within FMAudit Central.

Add/Edit Contacts
Clicking on Contacts link on the Account page will display the Add/Edit Contacts page with a listing of existing contacts.

To add additional contacts, fill out the minimum fields required:

  • Contact Name
  • E-mail
  • Confirm E-mail
  • User Type
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

    Clicking on "Add/Update Contact" will save and overwrite any previous information.

  • User Types
    The Dealer User contact type by default isn't available as an option to select from when editing contacts that belong to a sub-account, unless a Multi-Tiered account system has been established by a Dealer Administrator.  A Dealer User under this scenario may be assigned to an Admin Features group, providing them access to the Main Admin Page and selected features assigned to their group.

    The Customer User contact type limits access to their account.

    The Restricted User contact type limits access to their account, and further limits editing features.
