The Administrator has to option to select which audit fields are viewable to a Dealer User and Customer User contacts, i.e. the Serial Number fields may be deselected and will therefore not show on the audit results or report view pages.

The viewable audit results also apply to the optional WebAudit component.  WebAudit will hide the deselected audit field in the audit results dialogue, even if the field is selected to include in WebAudit Queries.  To exclude the audit field from being extracted from a printer, copier or MFP, deselected the applicable fields in the "Include in WebAudit Queries" column.

Click the "Apply Updates" button at the bottom of the page to save the selections.
