Adaptive Service Management: Email History

The Email history page displays a list of all emails processed by the ASM module. Each time ASM tries to send an email, a new entry is inserted in the email history that allows administrators to track the system historically, or to review specific details.

The page may only be accessed by Administrators and Admin Dealers Users with appropriate Admin Features access from the main Alerts -> View Email History.

This page displays a list of emails laid out in a grid fashion and includes a summary showing the number and type of emails that were processed.  Additional information includes the following:

Type | Date | To/From recipients | Subject | Status of a email | # Actions | link to Account | link to view the original emails | Details | link to forward a copy of the original email

 The results may be filtered using the following options:

Account: allows users to filter emails related to a particular account. Check the “Include Account Hierarchy” checkbox to make sure that all subordinated accounts are filtered.

Email type: filters the emails to be displayed by Email Types

Email from: filters the emails upon several time ranges: All/Last Day/Week/Month/Quarter/6 Month/Year

Email that: filters the emails based on the status: either Failed or Succeeded.

Keyword: to filter items with specific words (basically strings) in Status / Subject / From / To or Body sections

Note:

Pressing the Search button brings up the grid list with the filtered email(s), according to filter selections.
