Support: Overview

In addition to the included Help Files, you may also access the FMAudit online FAQ's and Knowledge Base.

1.	Contact your authorized FMAudit distributor to obtain a User and Pass to login to the FMAudit online Knowledge Base.
2.	Login to the FMAudit Online Knowledge Base.
	If you have forgotten your login information, visit the main login page and type in your email address and click the "Submit" button.  You will receive an email with a new password and login instructions.

Live Update:
It's recommended that you always use the latest version of the software available by performing a Live Update.

Interactive Error Reporting:
If an error occurs, FMAudit will extract the necessary information to assist you in receiving support.  You will be able to submit the request directly from the FMAudit application via email.  Your email will include your registration information so someone can contact you back, and you will receive a reply email confirmation that your request has been received.
