LAN & WAN Discovery (default settings)
Multicast IP settings are preconfigured, and are included by default after creation the account, however they will only include LAN devices in an audit.  Additional subnets may be added automatically for larger networks or for multiple branch locations over a WAN.

The subnet discovery page contains two links, 1) Routers and 2) Agents.

Routers tab:
Click Start Discovery to perform a discovery.  By default the local subnet will be added as a Unicast IP range.  Additional subnets may be added to the results, however network security may block the discovery.  If there are no additional results, but there are FMAudit Agents installed on workstations throughout the network, proceed to the Agents link.  Click the Update Settings button to save the results to the Account Settings page.

Caution: Ensure the SNMP Community name is valid as it applies to the current network

Agents tab:
Click Start Discovery to perform a discovery.  The Agents will attempt to supplement the results which are otherwise not available.  Click the Update Settings button to save the results to the Account Settings page.
