From the Simple TCO Factors page, first select the the general information to apply to the fleet, in order to click the Advanced Mode button at the bottom of the page.

The Advanced Factors page groups like manufacturers and models, allowing you to step through each, one at a time using the Previous and Next buttons.  The individual device information may be edited as appropriate, and applied to like devices, i.e. after editing the cartridge values for a particular model, the changes may be applied to all similar models in the fleet.

When you've completed the selections for the TCO factors, click the Apply to Entire Fleet button to save your settings.  You're now ready to generate a Fleet Overview report, or if you've created more than one analysis period, you may generate the Fleet Comparison report.

TCO Factors:
The TCO report uses up to 4 factors to apply costs including, Purchase, Delivery, Service and Consumables.  The factors selected on the Simple Factors page will be expanded by default.  To include other factors for a particular device, expand the necessary TCO factor section and make the appropriate edits.

Filter Devices:
This option allows you to filter All, Managed or Non-Managed devices to be presented in the Advanced TCO Factors editing page.

Apply to like devices:
The individual device information may be edited as appropriate, and applied to like devices, i.e. after editing the cartridge values for a particular model, the changes may be applied to all similar models in the fleet.
