Devices which are included in a single audit only, or which do not contain the necessary meter information fall into the ignored devices category.  The legend summarizes the navigation features and which cells require attention, and the reason.

Missing Meters:
To include a device with missing meters, enter the average monthly volumes for Mono and Color pages.
