Report Preview: Kyocera TCO Optimizer

The Kyocera TCO Optimizer Export is designed to make it very easy to export account and audit history to an CSV text formatted file that is ready to upload directly to Kyocera TCO Optimizer.

Account Selection:
Select the account you wish to query using the Select Account dropdown.

Audit Information Available:
The top section displays the First Audit Date and Last Audit Date, while the bottom section an Aggregate Summary of the unique printers, manufacturers and meter reads available for the selected date range.

Export Summary:
The summary shows the aggregated total number of unique printers and MFP's found within any audit between the Start and End dates. This is followed by the number of manufacturers of those devices and the total breakdown for Mono and Color pages. This information is only available after an audit date or a date range is selected.

Generate the export:

Pressing the Export to TCO Optimizer button will generate the report and allow you to download the resulted .CSV file (e.g. FMAudit, LLC.csv), formatted for Kyocera TCO Optimizer.
