ASM: Purge ASM Data

Adaptive Service Management: Purge ASM Data

The Purge ASM Data page allows Administrators to remove older ASM information for a selectable account [and its children accounts in it's hierarchy].

The page may only be accessed by Administrators and Admin Dealers Users with appropriate Admin Features access from the main ASM Module page -> Maintenance -> Purge ASM Data.

In addition, this page allows Administrators to remove all historical alert events, action events and email history, according to the selected UI options.

The page contains alerts filtering options as follows:

Account: select the Account whose historical alerts information is to be removed;

Hierarchy: option to include or not the alerts for the Account children hierarchy;

Before period: choose the alerts you want to remove based on their age.

A confirmation is required before removing the selected ASM historical data.

Note:

When you remove ASM historical data, the removed information cannot be recovered unless you have a backup copy of the database.
