The Export
Alerts page
allows Administrators to export
The page may only be accessed by Administrators and Admin Dealers Users with appropriate Admin Features access from the main ASM Module page -> Maintenance -> Export Alerts.
This page allows the user to
filter and export alerts based on several criteria selectable from the filters
area. The grid that displays the alerts provides hyperlinks
that redirect users and allows to edit alerts in
Define Alert(s) page, as well as gives access to the Account pages of the
alert Owner and Dealer.
The following filtering options are available:

Account: the account whose alerts are to be filtered; |

Status:
filter alerts that were
defined or were
triggered within the selected time interval |
|
With: allows users specify the consumable type, comparison operator and consumable values, to filter alerts; |
|
Filter: flags to filter Triggered / Un-triggered alerts; |
|
Domain:
flags to filter the
Active
/
Archived alerts;
|
|
Hierarchy:
flags to filter the
Dealer Hierarchical /
Non-Hierarchical
alerts. |
Using this page you may, Export All Consumable Alerts
in the Hierarchy of the Selected Dealer; if checked, all
alerts defined for the Parent and Children
Dealers
in hierarchy shall be exported. You may also apply a
Security Password;
used to control the access to those that want to import the alert definitions.

The
Export Alerts generates the export file with the following naming pattern
ASM_ConsumableAlerts_yyyy-mm-dd.fmasm, where "yyyy-mm-dd" represents the export date.
