Adaptive Service Management: Edit Ignored Email Recipients |
The Edit Ignored Email Recipients page displays a list of email recipients that customers have requested to ignore specific email types from ASM and Centra, using the Ignore Email Notifications page.
The page may only be accessed by Administrators and Admin Dealers Users with appropriate Admin Features; It can be access from the main ASM Module page -> Alert Definitions -> Edit Ignored Email Recipients..
Email Type/b> option represents the type of email to filter.
Emails for/from Customer Account option filters email addresses from the selected Account Constacts and its Hierarchy (if Include Account hierarchy option is selected.)
IIn addition, the page allows the user to either remove or edit specific entries.
ASM Email Recipient Info displays information for the Email that originated the Ignore Option to be accessed by a customer: the email where the client clicked the Ignore Future Email Notifications hyperlink.
