The Accounts without meters in the current period page is available by clicking the View & Select Action button on the Meter Validation & Approval page.

The account summary lists those accounts which have the Validate option selected on the Meter Validation Account Selection page, and which don't have meters collected for the current period.

Email reminders may be sent on demand to the associated account contact by placing a check in the preceding box and selecting the Send Email Reminder button.
