The Calculated Values synchronization available from the Central Synchronize Data module on the Main Admin Page, processes the audit history data and performs calculations.  The results are used and displayed throughout Central, with options that are configurable on the Device Field Selection page, which is part of the Data Visibility module.

Calculated values include Average Monthly Volume and many others.

As additional audits are populated into the audit history, the calculated results become more accurate and better reflect the historical trending and usage of a device.  In this case, by scheduling the Calculated Values synchronization, Central will periodically process the audit history.
